You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about DotMedia, request information, or manage an existing relationship with us. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in an abusive way, or introduce malware.

Website content (text, design, branding, and media we publish) is owned by DotMedia or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without prior written permission, except for fair personal or internal evaluation use.

Client services (strategy, content production, community management, paid media, reporting, and related work) are provided under a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement that sets scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails for that engagement.

We will perform services with professional care and skill. Timelines depend on timely access, feedback, and approvals from you. Delays on your side may shift delivery dates.

You confirm you have authority to engage us and to grant any platform access or brand materials needed for the work. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for complying with platform terms, advertising rules, and consumer law applicable to your brand.

You remain the owner of your trademarks, accounts, and pre-existing materials. You grant DotMedia a limited licence to use them solely to deliver the agreed services.

Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are defined in your proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due as specified there. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.

Upon full payment, you typically receive ownership or a broad licence to final creatives and materials produced specifically for your brand under the engagement, as set out in your agreement. DotMedia may retain rights to underlying tools, templates, know-how, and portfolio use of anonymised or approved work samples unless you opt out in writing.

Each party will keep confidential business information received from the other and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no fault of the receiving party.

Social platforms, algorithms, and ad auctions change frequently. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, view totals, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Past performance is not a promise of future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DotMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the website or an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law (including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

Either party may end an engagement according to the notice period in the client agreement (commonly 30 days unless otherwise stated). You remain responsible for fees for work performed and non-cancellable third-party costs already committed with your approval.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Courts in Italy shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you qualify as a consumer.

We may update these Terms for the website from time to time. Material changes to ongoing client work will be handled through your agreement or written notice as appropriate.
